GEO.works was formed in 2013 as a Joint Venture between Berenice International Group and Utility Mapping Services, Inc. Berenice has been providing Business Process Management systems integrated with WebGIS applications since 2000. Utility Mapping Services is a subsurface utility engineering company established in 2002 and specializes in 3D modeling of utility data using advanced geophysics. 

Together we have developed a comprehensive Right-of-Way permitting and management system that allows right-of-way owners take control of the permitting process and acquire and manage as-built utility data, manage utility projects, track and mange utility conflicts, and develop utility resolutions and utility agreements.
